Most of the professional golfers on the PGA TOUR are exercising to improve their bodies and their games, and many of them (Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, Rich Beam, Rocco Mediate and others) are using Pilates.
Through Power Golf Pilates, players can make corrections to the body — strengthening the core, increasing flexibility, building stability in the pelvis and shoulder girdles, and balancing both sides of the body, all of which allow them to hit the ball farther, straighter and more accurately. Power Golf Pilates can help you achieve:
- Better overall fitness
- Increased strength and endurance
- Increased flexibility and balance
- Increased club head speed and power
- Increased shot accuracy
- Less injuries
